Well, Okay, only one cake for now. Our first cake, but it was such a huge success and we had so much fun creating it, we are looking forward to making more!
Many Mahalo's going out to Maui Wedding cakes for assisting with making the little cheese florets! They make the cake. The bride's colors were green and yellow, so hence the green grapes for a touch of color. The Cheese wheels include a Smoked Gouda, Bavarian Blue, Brie, and a textured frosting of Smoked Gouda and Yarra Valley Feta from Australia, where the lovely bride and groom were from.
